As registered users of the SADFA4U member management system with access to SADFA member data, take extra care to comply specifically to Condition 2, section 9 (Lawfullness of proccessing) and Section 10 (Minimality) of the POPI act as follows:

• Personal information must be processed lawfully; and in a reasonable manner that does not infringe the privacy of the data subject.
• Personal information may only be processed if, given the purpose for which it is processed, it is adequate, relevant and not excessive.
